In the Stillness is a weekly therapeutic support workshop that offers a quiet, structured space for grounding, breathing, and guided meditation practices. The intention is to support nervous‑system regulation, present‑moment awareness, and a sense of internal safety.
This is not a talk group or therapy group, and there is no expectation to share personal experiences.
